Sample news: staff feedback moves from paper to a digital form.

Leadership

From 1 March, staff feedback goes digital. We expect to act on concerns in a week, not a month. No budget change.

Staff

Giving feedback just got easier. Use your phone, it takes five minutes, and each quarter you’ll see what changed.

Media

The organisation today launched a digital feedback system for field staff, aiming to cut response time from a month to a week.

Community

Something to tell us? Say it by phone or in person, in your own language. We will listen and tell you what we did.
